A Journey Through Breath, Body & Sound with Ben Sundell and Manu Ambrosio

Join us for this three hour immersive journey to realign your energy, awaken your inner calm, and bring you back to centre.


We are really excited to be able to be able to to offer this opportunity for this longer extended practice outside of the confines of the usual 60 minute classes to give the time and space to our bodies, minds and hearts.


Together we will immerse ourselves in the powerful and transformative practices of mantras chanting, pranayama, dynamic vinyasa, yoga nidra, meditation, and a full sound bath. Join us for this restorative, and transformational pause from the noise of daily life, offering a profound reset for the nervous system, heart, and mind.


What to expect


Mantra Chanting — Our practice will begin with mantra chanting to recentre and focus our intention

🌬 Pranayama (Breathwork) — We will spend time engaging in conscious breathing techniques to calm the mind and energize the body.

🧘‍♀️ Yoga Practice — We will then move to a dynamic vinyasa practice lasting 75mins - moving us through a number of powerful postures whilst aligning our movement to our breath. This practice will stimulate and revitalise our bodies and prepare us for deep meditation.

🎵 Yoga Nidra and Sound Meditation — Following the asana practice we will begin to bring our heart rates down and surrender into deep relaxation. We will begin with the grounding practice of yoga nidra before moving in our 60 minute Sound Meditation practice as layers of healing sounds wash over you - featuring gongs, Tibetan singing bowls, rattles, ocean drum, and more.

Tea and refreshments - the event will include breaks, as well as teas, snacks and opportunities to meet and chat with other participants

Details

• Yoga mats, blankets, and eye covers are provided

• Wear something you feel comfortable in for the practing yoga and for lying down for a soundbath. You may want to bring some layers to keep warm.

• Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the start time to ensure a smooth session. The door will be closed 5 minutes after the event start time.

• Bring an open mind and a positive attitude as we experience deep relaxation.

• The asana practice is suitable for all levels beyond complete beginners
