A little bit about me…

Following many years of back and leg pain Ben first discovered a yoga class at his local gym and was blown away by the physical transformation and calm that he began to feel from it after a few weeks.

After establishing a regular practice for some months and then beginning to start to learn more about yoga beyond just asana, Ben knew he wanted to teach and to share this amazing, transformative practice of yoga with as many others as possible.

Ben particularly loves dynamic vinyasa based practices such as Power and Rocket, and classes will feature a strong focus on following the breath, as well as mantra, meditation and intention.

Ben always wants to create a warm, friendly environment and community feel no matter what level, and hopefully help you to enjoy your practice with a lightness and a smile.

Ben has 370hrs Yoga Teacher Training, completing his 200hr Teacher Training with Yogahaven as well as several other trainings in Rocket Vinyasa, Yin and Advanced Adjustments & Assists. ​
